I celebrate the 105th anniversary of the 3rd Silesian Uprising. I consider it a complete misunderstanding to celebrate the 235th anniversary of the adoption of Act 3 of May.
Since morning there has been an unreasonable excitement of the Constitution 3 May. A real orgasm of shallow patriotism. Although present the 105th anniversary of the rather successful 3rd Silesian Uprising, there were besides fewer legends there and there was no spectacular and bloody defeat so that it could be crucial in Styrofoam Poland.
As Mr Wiesław Żółtkowski rightly pointed out: “The Act of 3 May (not called the Constitution) was intended to improve the way in which the noble nation was ruled. She gave no rights to serfs, minimally improved the situation of the townspeople. She was enacted by a seismic number (a seismic attack) and did not enter into force. Years later, she grew up in a fake national myth. Its celebration was introduced in the II Republic, which wanted to be a simple continuation of the First Republic".
Act 3. Maya had the signs of a coup. As usual, it was built on a foundation of shallow patriotism. The tv area says,
"Constitution created the first government in Poland". Lying – it was the four-year-old Sejm that abolished the first effective government of the Republic, the Non-Continuous Council.
"Constitution gave Poland military power". Lying – The Four-Year Sejm abolished military power, in the form of the Military Department of the said Council. They wanted to regulation the army with the usage of a committee of parliament. With apparent effect.
"Constitution abolished liberal veto"? Lying – a twelve years has not been utilized since the Veto liberal.
"The Constitution gave freedom to the Polish people". Lying – it did not give any rights to the widest layer or serfly peasants, and very tiny ones.
"Constitution was an expression of the will of the nation". Lying – the bill was supported by only 1/5 of the Sejm's composition.
Fairy tales about the first in Europe, and the second in the planet constitution are beautifully included in legends about winning 19th century fucks, the necessity of the Warsaw uprising and the holy revolution of Solidarity.
