Today we celebrate 233. Anniversary of the Constitution 3 May. Our large ancestors in that unique act of that time wrote specified words as: “The nation owes itself a defence from assault to observe its wholeness. Therefore, all citizens are defenders of all and national freedoms.” The authors of the Constitution 3 May well, but unfortunately it was besides late to announcement that the 50,000th professional army of the Homeland would not defend and that all citizens needed engagement to defend the state. Today, referring to the thought of the Constitution's creators on May 3, the National Defense.pl association advocates the creation of the Universal Defence System. And at this point we wanted to mention to the fact that present our military is more numerous, that the Territorial defence Army alone has 40,000. This is simply a fact we associate with our initiative – the social run "Rebuild the National Army". On May 3rd, 2014, it was Obrona Narodowa.pl that initiated this nationwide campaign, which many people and communities have joined – it is impossible to name everyone here, but we thank them very much and emphasize that without this joint effort and cooperation there would be no specified effect. We were aware of the seriousness of the situation and the destabilisation of the global environment, which was already very visible.
