Independence Day in Warsaw. Second alert, no rac and no drones

Police are preparing to celebrate independency Day. In particular, measures will be introduced in Warsaw, where the independency March will pass. There will be a ban on the usage of weapons and pyrotechnics. Unmanned aircraft will be restricted to the capital.
