Święczkowski's defeat. There will be no alternate Constitutional Tribunal at the seat of the ultimate Court

The suspended president of the Constitutional Tribunal, Bogdan Święczkowski, wanted to organize the Tribunal in Exile. Zbigniew Kapiński, a neo-judge who was the first president of the ultimate Court, was expected to help. The plan did not win due to the fact that Święczkowski does not have the support of all the old judges of the Constitutional Tribunal.
