Swedish-Polish submarine forces. Let us solve the Baltic problem erstwhile and for all

The creation of common Swedish-Polish (and possibly German) submarine forces, possibly for a long time would solve the threat from the Russian Navy in the Baltic during a possible armed conflict. Importantly, no 1 would gotta worry about the Kremlin's threats that the Baltic Fleet would rapidly be reinforced with fresh submarines with maneuvering missiles.
