Swedes have just signed a contract to upgrade their JAS39 Gripen C/D aircraft. The $336 million contract assumes the exchange of radars, avionics, engines and another systems. This means that the introduction of the Gripen E fighter will not be tantamount to the emergence on the marketplace of "secondary" C/D machines "to be taken".
