Ukraine wants to build its own strategical anti-aircraft defence strategy capable of capturing enemy targets from over 100 km away. Kiev would like to build specified a structure in cooperation with Western Europe and formally put forward specified a proposal at the European Union abroad Affairs Council on 14 April.
