The State Election Commission decided on organization subsidies for 2025. In a peculiar letter sent to Finance Minister Andrzej Domański, the amount of Law and Justice was reduced by PLN 11 million. The amount of the subsidy to the Confederation was reduced by PLN 87 thousand.
Due to the simplification of the subsidy, the amount for PiS for 2025 should amount to approx. PLN 15 million and for Confederations approx. PLN 8 million.
PKW decided on Monday to send to Minister for Finance version of the subsidy letter for PiS little than PLN 11 million. The 4 members of the PCW voted for this solution, 3 were against and 1 individual - the president of the committee Sylvester Marciniak - abstained. 1 of the 9 members of the Commission was not present at the gathering - Richard Kalisz.

At its gathering on 23 April PKW members did not agree whether the subsidy to PiS for the current year, it should be as indicated after the 2023 parliamentary elections (it was about 25 million 900 thousand) - or as much as it was after being reduced due to the rejection in August 2024 by. PKW the financial statements of the organization from these elections.
As he stressed Martiniak, the time for paying out the first tranche for 2025 to the parties expired at the end of April and asked the committee members to take a decision.
