During the global Defence manufacture Salon in Kielce, the WB GROUP signed a cooperation agreement with the Military Institute of Armoured and car Technology. Cooperation is intended to focus on joint activities in the improvement of unmanned systems in the land and sea domain.
On 4 September, the strategical agreement was signed by Adam Bartosziewicz, Vice president of the WB Group, and Colonel Michał Ceremuga, manager of the Military Institute of Armoured and car Technology. The agreement opened the space for R & D cooperation in the plan and integration of complex military systems.

"The scope of unmanned vehicles, supplemented by a land domain, is simply a very crucial change and expansion of our portfolio. We hope that the Institute will support us, not only in the field of research, but besides in the improvement of these platforms. Military experts have the cognition we want to integrate into our work," said Adam Bartosiewicz, Vice president of the WB Group.
"Strategic agreement from the Military Institute of Armoured and car Techniques with the WB Group opens a fresh chapter in the implementation of investigation and improvement of systems that will shortly dominate the battlefield – unmanned systems", said Colonel Michał Ceremuga, manager of WITPIS, after signing the agreement.
Cooperation includes not only studies, but besides the implementation and investigating of fresh solutions in the operational environment. As the manager of WITPIS pointed out, the agreement is part of a broader strategy for developing unmanned systems, which will play an increasingly crucial function in the fight in the coming years.

"We have the ambition to complement the competences of the WB Group in 2 fresh domains. We hope that the possible of WB, the presence of the Institute, and above all the needs of the Armed Forces, will translate into a wide scope of offers" said Colonel Michał Ceremuga.
"I think WITPIS will not deficiency investigation facilities. We presume that this agreement will be filled with content very quickly, not only written but besides tangible," added Adam Bartosziewicz.
The agreement with WITPIS is the next step of the WB Group towards building a national unmanned capacity ecosystem, covering all domains of operational activities.
