Stoltenberg: The subject of atomic weapons returns in the context of deterrence

"There is ongoing consultations between NATO members on the usage of atomic arsenal as a deterrent to the increasing threat from Russia and China," said Jens Stoltenberg in an interview for the Monday release of the British regular telegraph newspaper.
