There is simply a circumstantial message from London: "Kreml-related elites can pose a real threat to our lifestyle." And it looks like it means more sanctions for Putin's people. Is the 3rd anniversary of Putin's war in Ukraine a good chance to increase sanctions on Russia and can the European Union do the same?
