Starlink in critical infrastructure: why the function of reseller and integrator is not the same

The improvement of satellite communications in the LEO model, represented, among others, by Starlink, makes these solutions increasingly available to projects in the public sector, energy and crisis management. However, with expanding interest, explanation simplifications are emerging on the roles of the actors in this ecosystem.
