Stanisław Michalkiewicz: Can we fix the “system”?
In his inaugural presidency of the message to the nation, delivered in the Sejm on 6 August, president Karol Nawrocki announced the creation of the Council for the Repair of the System. This was perceived as the announcement of a change to the existing constitution – but I think that the “repair of the system” usually includes a wider scope of issues than only constitutional matter. It is worth recalling, therefore, that the legal strategy of our unhappy country is based on decrees and Communist laws, specified as the decree on agricultural reform, or the law on the taking over of the state of the basic sectors of the national economy.

Until then the last word in Poland belongs to security, until no constitution works properly. president Nawrocki should be immediately aware of the example of his closest associate, Dr Sławomir Cenckiewicz.
