Democratic State politician Maura Healey signed a bill abolishing the current right to have an abortion until the 24th week of pregnancy. Thus, Massachusetts became the 11th state in which virtually no abortion restrictions apply due to the phase of pregnancy.
The law extends the anticipation of abortion even until the birth of the child, if the doctor and the parent agree, without giving any reason for this decision. Thus, the unborn kid has no legal protection and becomes completely defenseless against this criminal act.
Earlier state law allowed abortion to take place until 24 weeks of pregnancy. Later, abortion was possible only if the doctor considered it essential to save the life or wellness of the parent or if the kid was diagnosed with letal defects.
“Please realize what this means. A full shaped child, just before leaving the gynaecological canal, may be gutted, cut to pieces, may have a crushed head or burnt skin – all of which under full protection of Massachusetts state law’
– wrote Bishop Robert Barron of the confederate state in a critical comment on the situation on platform X.

‘W Massachusetts women and their families should not be forced to cross state boundaries to gain access to abortion surgery that doctors can execute on-site. present I signed a bill that will make them no longer gotta do so," said Massachusetts politician Maura Healey on social media.
She stressed that the decision to have an abortion belonged to women, not to the authorities, and announced that it would keep the current policy direction in this substance – "Until I am governor, abortion will stay safe, legal and available in Massachusetts," added the governor.
American pro-life organizations reacted with concern to Healey's decision. They besides powerfully expressed their opposition to the law to killing innocent children in the wombs of mothers.
"It should shake the conscience that all year tens of thousands of unborn Americans are barbarously dismembered, limb after limb and torn to shreds. Unfortunately, this figure will only increase with the approval by politician Healey of the bill authorising abortion until delivery," said president of SBA Pro-Life America Marjorie Dannenfelser.
