Will the Permanent Committee of the Council of Ministers give the green light to the civilian Protection Act?

Once again, the civilian Protection Act is to be dealt with present by the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers, a body without which approval, the draft prepared by the Ministry of Home Affairs and Administration will not stand at the gathering of the government. Will the paper to be created in Poland by the civilian protection and civilian protection strategy yet gain legislative momentum so that the Sejm can deal with it after his vacation?
