**Marta Urzędowska: Gazeta Wyborcza:“End of the truce in Lebanon?”**
"Israel raided Hezbollah in Lebanon on Tuesday. In fresh days, there have been many violations of the painfully developed truce. Americans assure: This does not mean the end of the ceasefire. The information that the truce concluded last week between Israel and Hezbollah begins to crumble, flows from Monday. On Tuesday morning, the Israeli army conducted a series of raids for the purposes of God's organization in Lebanon. The Israeli army confirms that it "hits a terrorist cell" in the Be-kaa Valley region, where Hezbollah has its bases. The Lebanese Ministry of wellness confirms that at least 9 people were killed in raids on 2 cities in the south of the country - Haris and Talus. A day earlier, the head of the Lebanese parliament of Nabih Berri had besides accused Israel of dozens of breaches of the truce that entered into force on 27 November. Israelis explain that the truce broke Hezbollah, sending rockets to Israel, and Israeli raids are only a consequence to the terrorist attack. However, besides the French, who aid to keep the terms of the truce, had already warned on Sunday that the Israelis did not comply with them. The ceasefire, which officially ended the September war between Israel and Hezbollah, helped to make Americans who wanted to calm the situation in the region. The Americans do not lose hope that the ceasefire will yet be saved by nearly a year of firing rockets on Israel in solidarity with Palestinian Hamas fighting the Israelis in Gaza. The war in Gaza began after the Hamas attack on Israel, in October last year. Terrorists then killed 1.2 000 people, and 250 kidnapped to Gaza. In response, the Israeli army leads an offensive enclave in which over 44,000 Palestinians have already died. Israel's war against Hezbollah was much more dangerous to the region than that in Gaza, due to the fact that Hezbollah is much more powerful than Hamas, and it has unlimited support - military, logistical and political - Iran. Therefore, the planet was peculiarly keen to end the exchange of punches, in which Hezbollah continued to shoot Israel in fresh months, and the Israeli army in consequence killed group leaders, destroyed its weapons warehouses, hampered communication and access to money."
