Even a fewer years ago, the modernization of the armed forces in Poland meant mainly buying fresh weapons. present it is becoming clearer that this is only the first step. The real operational capacity is determined not only by what equipment goes into the military, but besides by whether it can be maintained, repaired and rapidly restored. The experience of the war in Ukraine showed that without a solid logistics facility even the most advanced systems lose their value faster than expected.
