The Confederate press conference with the participation of Members Przemysław Wipler and Krystian Kamiński, who took part in the European Parliament from 1st place on the list of Confederations in the Warsaw district.

Przemysław Wipler:
– We wanted to present the position of the Confederacy on a substance which yesterday upset Poles and which present inactive upsets them and will upset them in the coming days. It is about the escape from Poland of the erstwhile manager in the Ministry of Justice and the erstwhile deputy chief of the Administrative Court in Warsaw Mr Tomasz Szmydt.

In view of what happened, we would like the Minister of the Interior, the Minister of peculiar Services and the persons liable for this substance to explain to Poles how you left Poland. Did he leave straight across the Polish-Belarusian border? Or was he going to Belarus with a transit? And why was it not verified, checked with what materials, with what documents, with which specified a individual went to a country that is, let's say, hostile to Poland?

Belarus – the closest ally of the Russian Federation, a country for which Poles fear that it may be a country from which an invasion may take place in the territory of Poland – is simply a country that has been granting political asylum to the Polish justice since yesterday. And not to a late judge, but to a individual who held crucial functions in the Polish judiciary.

The justice is simply a individual who dealt with, among others, judicial proceedings concerning the protection of classified information. Disputes between soldiers, peculiar services officers and the heads of these services. He so had access to files of cases that contain data delicate to the safety of our homeland.

Therefore, first, We want to explain to the right people how it was possible that the individual having, we know about it, problems with the law, the individual to whom proceedings are going to take place in connection with participation in the alleged hatred speech, leaves Poland. And we don't know which way and with what data.

In addition, we would like to propose that we make a registry of people who execute crucial state functions, persons who have access to classified information, dealing with issues crucial to the safety of Poland, whether military safety or energy security, or in another dimensions, to which peculiar procedures should be applied by the Polish services concerning the departure of these persons to countries which are, let us say, hostile and which pose a threat to the Republic of Poland. We will request this at the legislative level.

Krystian Kamiński:
– This situation could possibly lead to major interior destabilisation in our country. But what is the result? First of all, the consequence of the Platform's war with PiS. After all, it was a individual appointed by Komorowski, promoted by Ziobra, a repentant signal justice who performed in the parliamentary squad of Mrs Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz. So the individual who was scrolling through the Platform and through the PiS. And no 1 noticed what a individual would be like after that.

A justice with access to classified information. He's investigating Homeland Security. And that individual is going to Belarus, really? He chooses life in Belarus? evidently something must have happened here. This situation has been going on for a long time. And the fact that our services, the fact that our country here did not truly work and allowed this individual with specified information to leave the country, is truly shameful.

Unfortunately, in this situation, we know that the milk has already spilled. The consequences that will fall on us in this connection are not yet full known. We're certain there'll be large consequences. But we request an accurate explanation of the substance so that in the future specified things will never happen again.

I think we're all aware that the Russians won't be on it, they won't just stay on it. They will proceed to effort to redirect another people to work together and our services should be prepared for that.

Therefore as a Confederate, we request that this case be on the Parliamentary peculiar Services Committee carefully discussed and that appropriate consequences should be drawn for the negligence that has occurred here and the conclusions for the future, so that specified situations will no longer occur.
