The National Prosecutor's Office rejected Thursday's decision to waive the immunity of Margaret Manowska. The Prosecutor’s Office replied to the Court’s reasoning
The Prosecutor's Office has stated that requests for the waiver of Manova immunity and exclusion of members of the TS were filed by "authorised prosecutor". "It could be any prosecutor, regardless of the position (unit) or function held".
"The view of the absence of a quorum, presented by Piotr Andrzejewski and Piotr Sak, is simply a consequence of the unjustified and non-productive provisions of the same 2 members on the exclusion of 12 persons from membership" - indicated the National Prosecutor's Office, mentioning the decision which fell on August 29.

The Communication besides refers to the unwarranted exclusion of the Thursday meeting. "There is no classified information in this case, including in peculiar the 'secret' or 'closely secret' clause.
