According to Anna Materska-Sosnowska, the actions of the Law and Justice in defence of the Constitutional Court are primarily mobilising the most determined voters of this party. Olgiard Annusewicz, on the another hand, assessed in an interview with PAP that the actions of the governing coalition in this case were to show its effectiveness and besides mobilise the hard electorate.
