Spain will send Ukraine 20 armoured vehicles and 4 Leopard 2A4 tanks, as well as organizing a military hospital, declared Spain's defence minister Margarita Robles at the Contact Group on Defence of Ukraine in the format of Rammstein, informed the Ukrainian fact on Friday.
