The South African authorities, despite the criticism of many Western states, defend the thought of carrying out military maneuvers with the Russians and Chinese on the eve of the symbolic anniversary of the start of the Kremlin's aggression against Ukraine (24 February). It is crucial to consider what is motivated by this attitude of the African country and what strategical interests the PRC and Russia have in this kind of cooperation. As well as whether we are dealing with a real consolidation of a fresh quality in global relations, which will epatify e.g. the Pro-Russian channels and anti-Western propaganda.
