Already in the 1990s – about 30 years ago – Donald Tusk and Jarosław Kaczyński had a reasonably advanced position in Polish politics. It's been decades, and they're still, alternately, on top of power. They're both rather advanced, too. Should they not get off the phase and hand over the controls to the Republic younger than themselves? Equally, half of Poles think it's time to quit – for both of them.

Donald Tusk is presently 68 and Jarosław Kaczyński is 76 years old. They have been in politics for decades and it is not expected that they plan to end their careers differently than on Powązki – if they meet this honor. Together with these 2 giants of Polish politics, for 20 years, the dual regulation of the Civic Platform (and late the Civic Coalition) and the Law and Justice. Depending on the political situation, these 2 groups only change positions in the first 2 places – both in the polls and in the elections.

As we learn from the fresh poll of the Pollster investigation Institute for “Super Express”, although Poles one more time choose to regulation 1 of these 2 parties, they do not necessarily like it – and they surely do not like the “waters” of these formations more and more.

Half of Poles behind the departure of Donald Tusk and Jarosław Kaczyński from politics

As many as 50% of respondents say that both Donald Tusk and Jarosław Kaczyński should quit politically. A clear compromise for Poles is the "disposal" of both politicians at once, due to the fact that the indications concerning the choice which of these 2 should leave disagree by name. 33% of respondents estimated that Jarosław Kaczyński should leave politics. 24 percent indicated Donald Tusk.

Only 2% of respondents said that both politicians should proceed their careers, and 6% had no opinion on this issue.

According to the Politologist prof. Kazimierz Kik, it is simply a clear signal that Poles want to end eternal disputes on the PO-PiS line, which have been going on for over 20 years and do not bring any good to the country. He besides stressed that in the era of problems facing Europe, Poland needs professionals.
