Human solidarity is besides needed in a strong state

I would like the Polish state to act so well that in a crisis situation people will not be left without help. Yet I do not imagine that a healthy society can be, which is not solidarity in border situations. There are many situations in which I do not like Polish society, and yet this solidarity is something that cannot be overestimated.
