Soldiers of a brigade of German troops practice in Lithuania

Around 250 German soldiers are taking part in the first joint exercises starting in Lithuania since the agreement reached in June to deploy a brigade of German troops to strengthen NATO's east flank, the Lithuanian Defence Ministry said.
