The ultimate Court found that the allegations concerning irregularities in election committees, contained in Magdalena Miazek-Mioduszewska's protest, were well founded. However, the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court announced that the deficiencies found did not affect the final result of the election.
