Vladimir Putin again visited China. As usual, there were fanfare: red carpets, military orchestra, honor volleys and children dancing for the Russian dictator. More than that: Xi Jinping's farewell took over his ‘old friend’, which had not happened before. What does this motion say about Russian-Chinese relations?
