Ministry of abroad Affairs with access to “military” money. MON changes the rules

A draft regulation was published in the list of legislative and programming works of the Council of Ministers to enable the financing of projects carried out by the Police, Border defender and State Protection Service as part of the state's extra-military defence preparations programme. The paper prepared by the Ministry of Defence assumes an extension of the list of tasks that can be included in defence programs, with activities carried out by the Ministry of Defence.
