Slovak artillery purchased by Malaysia?

In September 2022 we wrote about the intention of [Malaysia 16-19 cannonohaubic EVA](https://defence24.pl/defence-defence-politics/malesia-kupi-artylerie-ze-slovation) of a 155 mm caliber. However, since then, the acquisition of artillery from Konštrukta-Defence has stopped. Instead, there were reports of Kual Lumpur's intention to get the [Turkish Yavuz strategy or French CAESAR](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/malesia-before-election-artillery-self-made). In May 2024, VPK and HNonline.sk services reported that in a tender [the Slovak EVA won](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/slowation-artillery-for-malesia). The contract for the acquisition of 18 wagons was to be $170 million.
