Investigation into non-payment of the PiS subsidy. It's the court's decision

The territory Court for Warsaw-Śródmieście did not take into account the complaint of the Law and Justice against the refusal to initiate an investigation into the failure to pay the budget subsidy party. The territory Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw and the Court of First Instance considered that there were no indications that the members of the State Election Commission or Minister of Finance and officials would exceed their powers. According to the Court of First Instance, PKW’s action was based on legal provisions. The case concerns the simplification of the subsidy for PiS by over PLN 10 million for 2024.
