Judge Margaret Manowska, justice of the ultimate Court, was again at the centre of attention. The National Prosecutor's Office disputes the decision of the Court of State's three-member composition, which has excluded 12 judges from examining an application to waive its immunity. The dispute is gaining momentum – prosecutors announce their participation in the court gathering on 3 September 2025.
