Confederate politician finished 3rd in the election with almost 15% of support. Mentzen's position may have a major impact on the distribution of votes cast in June on Rafał Trzaskowski and Karol Nawrocki.

Confederate candidate for president - Sławomir Mentzen - finished last on the podium in the first circular of the presidential election. According to authoritative results of PKW, he scored 14.81%. support, which translates into 2,902,448 votes.

This means that he has the best consequence in the election immediately after Rafale Trzaskowski from KO and Charles Nawrocki supported by the Law and Justice. Since the second circular will take place on 1 June, Mentzen announced a press conference in SejmHe planned for Tuesday at 12.

"I will tell whom I will support in the second circular of elections" - he wrote on social media.

Rafał Trzaskowski and Karol Nawrocki will take the second round. If Mentzen gives his support to any of them, it could increase the chances of winning this candidate on June 1st.
