The court arrested a 33-year-old Chinese man who extorted over 75 1000 zlotys – said the White territory Attorney's Office. According to investigators, he was a associate of a ringing that stole the payment cards of the Żywczans and bought gift vouchers.
A spokesperson for the prosecution Margaret Moś-Brachowska informed on Wednesday that the Chinese heard 108 allegations of fraud and computer fraud. He didn't plead guilty. A surviving court arrested him temporarily for 3 months. The man who resides in Poland illegally is facing 8 years in prison.
Investigators have determined that more people were active in the process, including 2 more Chinese. However, they were able to leave Poland before the case was detected.
