The function of the United States in Europe's safety will decrease," said European Defence Commissioner Andrius Kubilius in an LRT interview.

Kubilius besides called on EU countries to be prepared to take full work for Europe's security. He besides advised the improvement of a plan in case the US withdraws from the region to avoid chaos.
