Skarżysko-Kamienna: The infirmary does not pay for water. Residents can pay for their debts

As of 1 April, the region infirmary in Skarżysko-Kamienna has no signed contract with waterworks. For now, the city will not turn the chicken doctor, but higher costs can be borne by the city's residents in water bills.
