Scandalous banner and a curiosal UEFA decision. Both sides under the flag of the federation

The UEFA European Football Federation has initiated proceedings to punish Maccabi Haifa club for scandalous banner insulting Poles. But it's only 1 side of the medal. UEFA has decided to initiate identical proceedings against Rakov - this time for the banner condemning the genocide committed by Israel in the Gaza Strip worldwide.
