Apache Polish engines ordered

The engines will be manufactured and delivered under a contract with the United States Army and sold to Poland under the abroad Military Sales procedure. Poland purchased Apache in August 2024. Under the then agreements, Military Aviation Plant No. 1 in Dęblin (WZL-1) will supply licensed maintenance, repair and repair services (MRO) for the T700 engines in Apache helicopters as well as for engines in S-70i Black Hawk helicopters and CT7 engines in Leonardo AW149 and AW101, which are equipped with the Armed Forces of Poland. The Military method Academy (WAT) in Warsaw will be liable for training in the field of operation of T700/CT7 engines for Polish technicians, military personnel and WZL-1 personnel, as well as for preparing future engineering staff for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland.
