Sikorski: Russia does not want peace. We must support Ukraine

The PISM strategical Ark conference organized by the Polish Institute of global Affairs covered the Polish refusal to participate in a possible military mission in Ukraine. According to erstwhile head of SGWP Rajmund Andrzejczak, the reason is not deficiency of courage or political will, but obligations in which allies cannot replace the Polish army.
