Sikorski envied the president? He'll fly to the United States on September 2. He'll be handing out a prize

Head of the Ministry of abroad Affairs and Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Donald Tusk Radosław Sikorski will fly to the another side of the planet on 2 September to present the Cuban opposition with the 2014 prize. The date of honouring the Cuban most likely coincides rather accidentally during the visit of president Karol Nawrocki to the United States.
