Sikorski on NATO Summit: Russia is simply a major threat

The head of the Polish MFA Radosław Sikorski summed up the NATO summit calling the "historic decision" to spend 5 percent on defence by the countries of the alliance. He besides stressed the importance of designation in the final declaration that "Russia is the main far-reaching threat".
