In fresh days, the Border defender has taken decisive action against foreigners violating residence regulations. Six Georgian citizens and 1 Ukrainian were forced out of Poland. Decisions were taken, inter alia, due to illegal stay, deficiency of justification for the intent of entry and serious infringements of the law.

Illegal entry and deficiency of grounds for stay

Five Georgian citizens flew to Poland from Kutaisi, landing at the airport in Katowice-Pyrzowice. At the time of the inspection, no of them submitted papers confirming the legality of their stay. Therefore, the Border defender office has issued decisions on refuse entry and an order to stay in a designated place until leaving the country. 2 foreigners have already left and the another 3 are due to leave on May 30.

Ignore administrative decisions and threat to public policy

Another case active 34-year-old national of Georgia, detained by the Border defender in Poznań-Ławica. The man has been in Poland illegally since February, ignoring an earlier decision ordering him to return to the country. He was thought to be threat to public security, therefore, it was decided a six-month ban on entry into the Schengen area.

A 33-year-old Ukrainian citizen was detained by officers from Poznań after many interventions related to violations of the law. Male driving an intoxicated vehicle, despite the judicial ban on driving. He was made a decision to immediate return and a five-year ban on entry into the Schengen area.

Previous expulsions – Georgian and Filipino citizens

On 27 May the Border defender expelled 2 more foreigners from Poland – a citizen of Georgia and a citizen of the Philippines.

  • National of Georgia he was detained in Opole after leaving the prison, where he served his conviction for thefts (sanctioned by courts in Legionów and Warsaw). He was listed in the records as adverse person in Poland.

They both stayed. transported under escort Chopin Airport in Warsaw, from where they departed – respectively to Tbilisi and Dohy.

Consequences of violations of the right of residence

The Border defender reminds us that Non-compliance concerning residence and ignoring administrative decisions lead to:

  • forced expulsion,
  • ban on entry into Poland and the Schengen area,
  • entry in the records of undesirable persons.

Summary: Poles pay for irresponsible migration policy – continuation of mistakes of the United Right and Tusk coalition

The current situation of expulsions of foreigners breaking the law is only the tip of the iceberg of problems facing Poland as a consequence Unthinkable migration policy. Decisions taken by Government of the United Right in February 2022, concerning the beginning of borders under the pretext of war in Ukraine, have led to serious consequences for the safety of the country. And even worse, Donald Tusk's current coalition full supports these solutionscontinuing a dangerous course.

Who is responsible?

  • Law and Justice Government – In February 2022, the “war” cover introduced mass entry facilities for Ukrainians without adequate control mechanisms, which opened the door of the entry to Poland not only to “refugees”, but besides to criminals and people who abuse Poland's hospitality.
  • Tusk Coalition – alternatively of fixing the mistakes of the predecessors, maintains the same political line, ignoring the increasing threat to public order.

Real threats to Poland

  1. Increasing crime – as fresh cases show, illegal immigrants frequently break the law (stealing, driving drunk, avoiding deportation).
  2. System overload – Border Guards and services must deal with the wave of uncontrolled migration alternatively of focusing on actual threats.
  3. Security of citizens – the passiveness of the authorities makes Poles exposed to criminals who exploit gaps in the system.

Why are the media silent?

Both during the regulation of the Law and Justice and now, controlled by establishment media underestimate the problemwithout informing the public of the actual scale of the threat. alternatively of a fair debate, we have quieting uncomfortable facts and creating a false image of the situation.

Is there any chance of a change?

Unfortunately, both governments – both erstwhile and present – do not show the will to remedy this situation. Until Poles begin demanding acute verification of immigrants and effective deportation of criminalsThe problem will only deepen.

Poland needs a hard migration policy, not further irresponsible experiments at the expense of citizens' safety.
