
On Monday, president Andrzej Duda published a sharp entry online in which he criticized those who tried to undermine the election results, calling them "post-communists". The State Election Commission is in the process of examining the irregularities to be encountered in any committees. Among another things, mistakes in attributing the right number of votes to individual candidates in the second circular of elections.
On Monday, June 9, president Andrzej Duda published on the net a very emotional entry in which he referred to the ongoing discussion of irregularities related to the second circular of the presidential election. In the re-vote, Karol Nawrocki won, defeating Rafał Trzaskowski with only a fewer 100 1000 votes – the smallest in the past of the presidential elections in Poland.
Several days after the end of the vote, information on irregularities began to appear in any electoral committees in the country. According to Andrzej Duda, it is an effort to undermine the result of the presidential election by “post-communists”.
"There is an impression that post-communists to a liberal-left company want to twist the last, already decided presidential elections in Poland and take distant our freedom of choice. Let's not give up, we voters! Let us not let ourselves be taken distant from those remnants of democracy and freedom that remained after 13 December 2023! Let us defender Poland!” wrote the president on X, among others.

On Monday, PKW associate Ryszard Kalisz reported that the State Election Commission has more and more information on irregularities at the presidential election. The PKW presidency convened a peculiar gathering on this matter, to be held on 9 June at 5 p.m.
