Dramatic reports from February of that year returned to the media – a 19-year-old Ukrainian who collected as many as 119 punishment points for gross velocity overruns and offensive gestures towards photo-radars, was released from a guarded center for foreigners. The case is very controversial, especially since an 8-year ban on entry into the Schengen area was previously ruled out.

Dangerous driving and provocative behaviour

However, at the end of April a foreigner was releasedWhich caused an avalanche of questions. The effort to get the authoritative position of the Border defender did not yield an answer:

"We were informed that he was released from the facility in late April. (...) present we received an email saying that the Nadodrzeń Border defender Division does not supply information about its activities.” – reads the release.

The case is inactive ongoing, and “Services in Action” announces further action:

“We will so send an enquiry to the Border defender office as shortly as we get an answer, we will keep you informed.”.
