Security and hiding only for 50% of Poles, i.e. how the Ministry of abroad Affairs plays a protective infrastructure

The Ministry of Interior and Administration has prepared a regulation on collective protection facilities, including shelters. The regulation sets out, among others, the method conditions of specified facilities, their maintenance and the principles of their plan and construction. According to the assumptions of the resort, shelters and hiding will supply protection for 50% of the country's population.
