The case afraid a PLN 2500 fine imposed in connection with a road collision. The punished female applied to the taxation office for its cancellation. She justified the application by her hard financial and wellness situation. The court held that the dismissal proceedings do not become devoid of purpose, even though it was forcibly or voluntarily paid after the date of its initiation.
