Elwira Niewiera, a Polish director, received the Polish-German Prize at the Polish Embassy in Berlin. She criticised the deficiency of determination in the fight against Russian misinformation and said that "without support from Russian propaganda" Karol Nawrocki would not win the election. The Berlin Embassy responded to the director's words.
