Ogarna Street in Gdańsk is undergoing major reconstruction. The city spends millions on a fresh surface, stylized lanterns and benches. However, the consequence to calls for more green leaves much to be desired. Along Ogarna Street, trees were placed in scratched, dirty pots that rapidly turned into... giant ashtrays.
