President Volodymyr Zelenski stressed in a peculiar speech that the actual number of victims could be much higher due to the fact that Ukraine does not have access to temporarily occupied territories. He pointed out mass graves in the vicinity of Mariupola and another destroyed towns, where there may be bodies of children murdered by Russian troops.
