Belarusian leader Alaksandr Lukashenka met with the peculiar U.S. President's envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, on Saturday in Minsk. This gathering at the highest level for years, which has already caused "a lot of sound in the world", aims to discuss issues related to the war in Ukraine and to improve relations between Washington and Minsk.
