Scenes like from a sensational movie played off the coast of Sicily. From a driftboat close Ragusa, packages of cash with a full value of around 700,000 euros went to sea. Seeing the bills floating on the water, the beachmen moved to catch money.
According to the diary “La Repubblica”, everything started with a boat failure where there was no fuel. erstwhile 2 crew members sailed to the port for a supply of natural material, a drifting unit spotted a resting on the beach and... called the Coast Guard.
